Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Canada. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or other import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the item or shipping prices. Maxine Art Inc. has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

We recommend that customers review their country’s import policies prior to purchase. If you would like an estimate of potential customs or import charges, please contact us before placing your order.

Please note: If a package is not collected and is returned due to non-payment of customs fees or any other reason, Maxine Art Inc. is not responsible for issuing a refund.

**Tracking Information**

Tracking is included with all orders, with the exception of certain paper items such as stickers and prints. If you would like tracking added to these items, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can arrange that for you.
